We care about real customers, revenue, distribution and operating burden. Source code by itself is increasingly cheap.
What interests us
- small recurring revenue or genuine paying users;
- a domain, search footprint, audience, app-store presence or other transferable distribution;
- low support burden or support that can be automated;
- clean ownership of code, data and other assets;
- a founder who is stopping because of time or interest rather than because the product is fundamentally toxic.
